The Certificate in DJ and Electronic Music Production is a new programme that introduces students to the world of DJing and electronic music from a professional perspective. During the year, they will gain a solid foundation in the theory and practice of DJing and using computers to make music. They will have the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to prepare for work as a DJ using turntables and, music and DJing software.

The 34-week programme consists of 10 hours of theory and 12 hours of scheduled practical time each week. Students are also able to use the MAINZ recording studios, MIDI suites and DJ suites for self directed learning.
