Disability

At MAINZ information and support services are offered confidentially to students with sensory, physical, psychological and learning impairments.

It is important that students declare their disability on the enrolment form.

It is ideal to make contact with the Student Support Liaison Officer at least two weeks before your programme starts, as we will need to co-ordinate the right support for the successful completion of your programme. The Disability Support is available anytime throughout the year.

The Student Support Liaison Officer is available to assist you with course advice and enrolment assistance.

Please note: International students will have to pay for Disability and Learning Support due to no government subsidy.

Services include:
  • Advocacy,
  • Note taking support,
  • Alternative print information,
  • Reader Writer,
  • One to one tuition,
  • Exam assistance,
  • Loan of Specialist Equipment.
